Fulfilling Legal Obligations for Enterprises and Municipalities
For certain enterprises and municipalities, energy auditing is not only beneficial but also a legal requirement. According to Decree No. 140/2021 Coll. on Energy Audit, specific criteria determine this obligation. Enterprises falling under the following criteria must comply with energy auditing regulations: energy usage exceeding 5,000 MWh per year, a workforce of over 250 employees, or an annual turnover surpassing CZK 1.3 billion.
