Watch this one-minute video for everything you need to know.EU 2023/1791) ukládá, že od roku 2026 a 2027 musí firmy, instituce i města s vyšší spotřebou zavést buď energetický audit, nebo přímo certifikovaný systém ISO 50001.
V Česku to přebírá Zákon o hospodaření energií (406/2000 Sb.), který jasně stanovuje, koho se povinnost týká a v jakých termínech.
Pro koho je ISO 50001 povinné a od kdy
Podle nové evropské legislativy platí:
Spotřeba nad 23,6 GWh ročně – povinnost zavést a certifikovat ISO 50001 do 11. října 2027.
Spotřeba nad 2,8 GWh ročně – povinnost mít každé 4 roky energetický audit (první do 11. října 2026), nebo dobrovolně implementovat ISO 50001.
Města a obce mají navíc povinnost připravovat plány vytápění a chlazení a systematicky řídit své spotřeby energií.
