Směrnice (EU) 2023/1791 o energetické účinnosti byla přijata 13. září 2023 a stanovuje povinnosti pro členské státy v oblasti efektivního využívání energie.
V Česku povinnost ukládá Zákon č. 406/2000 Sb. o hospodaření energií, který stanovuje povinnosti fyzických a právnických osob z hlediska hospodaření s energií.
Pro koho je ISO 50001 povinné a od kdy
Od 1. ledna 2026 česká legislativa ukládá povinnost zavést systém řízení energií ISO 50001 všem organizacím s roční spotřebou energie nad 23,6 GWh.
Tyto subjekty budou muset mít ISO 50001 nejen implementované, ale také certifikované, a to do 1. ledna 2028.
Povinnost se týká i měst a obcí s vyšší spotřebou, které budou muset řídit svou energetickou bilanci systematicky a dlouhodobě.
