The inspection also includes an assessment of the connection with building control systems, in particular automation systems and the possibility of adjustments in the way of regulation. Kdo má povinnost kontrolu systému vytápění zajistit?

According to Act No. 406/2000 Coll., the control of the heating system must ensure:

  • the owner or operator of the building,
  • if the heating system is equipped with a heat source with a rated power greater than 70 kW.

This typically refers to

  • apartment buildings and SVJ with more than 15 apartments
  • Mostly, therefore, all sources that heat more than 1 residential unit
  • public buildings (schools, offices, hospitals),
  • commercial buildings (office buildings, shopping centers),
  • production facilities and facilities.

The obligation applies to both future buildings and new objects that meet the above conditions. An important factor is also whether the building is equipped with a system of technical equipment for heating, where regular inspection can serve as a basis for optimizing or modernizing these systems. The efficiency of the heating system is crucial.

It is necessary to carry out the inspection every 5 years for existing equipment and 3 years after the introduction of the new equipment.

Jaký je výstup z kontroly?
